And it is known as DOS(Disk Operating System).You have noticed many public places like Schools and libraries, or many other places the System administrators disable CMD.EXE for user level. But they forget to disable the older Version, “COMMAND.COM”. you can even use it. 5. On the Advanced tab, click Settings.
